A: No, but you must check the power supply specification of the model first. The XDQ3 comes in two versions: DC 24V and AC 220V. For example, if a North American factory commonly uses 110V AC, you cannot directly connect it to the AC 220V model; you need to install a step-up transformer instead.
Q2: The controller keeps crashing when used in desert areas in the Middle East. Can't it withstand high temperatures?
A: The problem is mainly caused by ambient temperature and dust. The maximum operating temperature of the XDQ3 is 50°C, while the daytime workshop temperature in Middle Eastern deserts often exceeds 60°C. You need to install cooling fans or air conditioners in the control cabinet.
Q3: Failed to connect with overseas upper computer software (such as Siemens WinCC). Is there a communication protocol incompatibility issue?
A: The XDQ3 supports Modbus RTU/TCP and X-NET protocols, and most overseas upper computers are compatible with Modbus. Connection failures are mostly caused by incorrect parameter settings.
Q4: European customers require CE certification, but they do not recognize the certificate we provided, saying it does not meet local standards. How to solve this problem?
A: First, confirm that the certificate provided to the customer includes both CE-EMC and CE-LVD certificates—both are required for industrial products in Europe.
Q5: In South American factories with high humidity, the wiring terminals of the controller are always rusted, leading to poor contact. What solutions are available?
