Controller fails to start after powering on at overseas factory
Likely voltage mismatch. Domestic devices are designed for 380V, but many countries use 220V industrial power. Use a 3-phase 220V-to-380V step-up transformer to avoid undervoltage protection or power module damage.
EtherCAT bus devices disconnect intermittently with frequent data packet loss
Keep control cables at least 10cm away from high-power equipment. Ensure all devices share a single star grounding point with the controller's dedicated grounding terminal tightly connected to prevent electromagnetic interference.
