A: The XD3E series has two power supply options: AC 220V and DC 24V. For North American factories, either choose the DC 24V model with a 120V-to-24V power supply, or add a step-down transformer for the AC 220V model. Never connect directly to 120V AC.
Q: The PLC keeps restarting in humid, hot environments - is this a quality issue?
A: This is typically environmental. Install a dustproof and moisture-proof cover, avoid mounting near heat vents, and check for power grid fluctuations. Adding a voltage stabilizer usually resolves restart issues.
Q: Why can't the PLC connect to factory LAN networks in Europe?
A: Confirm the PLC's IP address is in the same network segment as the LAN, and check if the IT department has whitelisted the PLC's MAC address. Use standard straight-through Ethernet cables.
