No. The 3RW30 only realizes soft start, soft stop and current limiting. The motor runs at full speed during operation without continuous speed regulation. Select inverter if speed control is required.
Q2: Does 3RW30 support communication function?
3RW30 basic version has NO communication expansion and cannot connect to PROFINET / Modbus. Choose 3RW51/52 or 3RW55 for communication.
Q3: Should I select by power or rated current?
Select primarily by motor rated current; power is only for reference.
Q4: Is fuse required for the system?
Semiconductor fast fuse is recommended for short-circuit protection.
