The motor vibrates and makes noise during operation. How to fix it?
First, enable the drive's high and low frequency resonance suppression function and lower the speed loop gain. If the issue persists, check if the encoder cable is poorly grounded or if power cables and signal cables are routed in parallel, which can cause interference.
Cannot connect via EtherCAT communication. What should I troubleshoot?
First, confirm the communication cable is securely connected. Then check if the bus address and baud rate match the host computer settings. Finally, verify if the cable is subject to strong electrical interference; install magnetic rings if necessary.
Positioning accuracy is insufficient and deviation is large during commissioning. What to do?
First, check if the electronic gear ratio is calculated correctly, then run the Auto-Tuning function. For mechanical transmission systems, compensate for backlash and ensure load inertia matches the motor specifications.
