Q: Which servo drives is this motor compatible with?
A: It is preferred to pair with Lenze i700 and i950 series servo drives, and is also compatible with most mainstream brand drives on the market. It can be directly connected for use without additional parameter modification.
Q: Is it suitable for high-speed start-stop packaging lines?
A: Fully compatible. With medium dynamic performance and strong driving force, it can start and stop at high speed without jamming, with stable positioning accuracy, and can easily handle packaging processes such as labeling and filling.
Q: Can it be used in the food industry? Is it easy to clean?
A: Yes, it can. The smooth shell surface has no dead corners, is not easy to accumulate dust and oil stains, and is easy to rinse and clean daily, meeting the hygiene requirements of the food industry.
Q: Can the feedback system be replaced? How to improve positioning accuracy?
A: Yes, it can. It comes standard with a resolver, and can also be replaced with a multi-turn sine-cosine encoder or a single-cable digital absolute encoder, the latter of which can greatly improve positioning accuracy.
Q: Is installation troublesome? Do many parts need to be disassembled for later maintenance?
A: Easy to install, with snap-in connectors and rotating junction boxes, no need to tighten a lot of screws; for later maintenance, just remove the junction box directly, which saves time and effort.
