Frequently Asked Questions
After startup, the frequency fails to increase, and the panel displays RUN or CLI code. How to resolve it?

This common problem in heavy-load scenarios requires checking frequency parameter settings and reference signals. Verify "high speed" parameters and analog input terminal compatibility with signal sources. For CLI display indicating current limit protection, inspect for mechanical issues and adjust current limit parameters accordingly.

When powered by a generator, the IGBT short circuit (SCF) fault is frequently reported. How to fix it?

This is typically a false alarm caused by transient power instability. Use delayed contact to disconnect PWR input for 30 seconds during startup or assign a logic input terminal as fault reset function. Always test motor cable insulation before resetting.

Overcurrent (OCF) or overload faults occur frequently during operation. How to troubleshoot?

For overcurrent during acceleration/deceleration, extend timing parameters. For constant speed overcurrent, check output cables and load distribution. Overload faults may require reducing braking parameters or verifying grid voltage and motor compatibility.

At low speeds, the inverter does not respond to the analog speed control signal and remains at a fixed low speed. How to address it?

Verify reference channel selection in Menu 1.6, check terminal resistance measurements, confirm preset speed function status, and validate multi-channel switching logic if applicable.

Communication failure: Unable to connect to PLC via Modbus. How to debug?

Confirm Modbus protocol selection, align communication parameters with PLC settings, inspect cable routing to avoid interference, reduce baud rate if unstable, and check terminal connections and cable integrity.
